“Bookings”: The personal data provided in this section will be processed for the purpose of managing the bookings you have requested. In all cases, the data provided may be processed for the purpose of compiling internal statistics to improve our services. The personal data provided will only be retained as long as our commercial relationship is maintained, and will be blocked once it has ended, for the period established by legal prescriptions, at the sole disposal of Courts and Tribunals to address possible claims, after which, said data will be cancelled. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfillment of the contractual obligations assumed by you when requesting our services. We inform you that the personal data provided may be processed for the purpose of sending you informative and other communications (offers, events, congratulations), for which you must tick the following box enabled for this purpose. The data provided will be kept for this purpose as long as you do not request the cessation of advertising mailings. You will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. 3. Visit Log
On each access to the Alto Monte server, the IP address from which the user navigates will be collected and registered, as well as the pages visited from Alto Monte. This data will be stored in a LOG file for statistical purposes and to determine the number of pages viewed.

Alto Monte reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its website and to make any modifications it deems appropriate to the page, to the services or information offered, to the presentation or location thereof, and to the access and use conditions of the Alto Monte website. All information received on this website will be considered transferred to Alto Monte free of charge. Email will not be considered a valid means for filing claims. For this purpose, they must contact the Legal Department of Alto Monte, located at Lote 2504, Chiguirí Arriba, Coclé Province, Panama, which will indicate the appropriate channels to follow in each case.
All matters related to the Alto Monte website are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the corresponding Courts and Tribunals, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Such information, which will allow Alto Monte to provide better service to its guests, is optional, so its provision by the user implies, under their sole responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to offering personal information.
7. Hotel Responsibility
Access to the page does not imply, in any case, the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and Alto Monte. The portal only provides information about vacant hotel rooms at the time of requesting said information, so if you make an online booking, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the booking made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel. The booking of hotel nights on this website implies the client's adherence to and acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:
1) To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
2) That the data provided when making the online reservation is true, complete, and concise.
3) Only those pages listed within the sitemap are included on the website.
4) That access to this website is the user's responsibility.
5) That once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it was formalized will be archived, and you will be able to access it at any time.
6) That you confirm the reservation made, i.e., the indicated dates, the number of rooms, people, and the chosen Hotel.
7) The conditions and price of the reservation made are those expressly determined in the tariff conditions expressly included on the page where you make the reservation.
8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility to book rooms at the chosen hotel through its website, but it does not offer any type of hotel service under its responsibility.
9) That your card data is collected to guarantee the reservation. Payment will be made at the chosen Hotel, and only in case of cancellations or no-shows, the reservation will be canceled, and the charge set in the tariff conditions will be applied.
10) Offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to service recipients.
8. Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT. The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and board selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any unspecified service as well as extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc... Check-in and check-out times generally, and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 PM on the day of departure.
